In addition to caring for you while you’re with us in our hospital, Citizens Medical Center also cares for patients in the comfort of their home with Citizens Home Health. Our team of compassionate nursing and rehabilitation professionals provide patients with many of the same professional services you would receive during a stay in the hospital and must be ordered by your physician.
